I was able to put everything in the crockpot in less than ten minutes and left for the day.  I had a busy day of errands and activities for the kids.  I was gone over ten hours and this pork was deliciousness.  I was a little worried when I was out for the day that the pork loin would be tough, but it was just perfect.  My husband used the leftovers the next day on a sandwich, he shredded the pork and added a slice on cheese on top and melted it.

  1. How would you change this if you were using a frozen pork loin? Or what if you were using 2 loins? Thanks for your help 🙂

    1. I wouldn’t change it at all. I would just go with the frozen pork loin and then just check to be sure it is done before serving. If you use 2 loins that equal to what the recipe calls for I would not double the ingredients if you do increase the size I would consider doubling. Enjoy!
