Crockpot Honey Brown Sugar Pork Loin
Let me start by saying this Crockpot Honey Brown Sugar Pork Loin is so tender and will melt in your mouth! I was thinking with no liquids it may be a little dry, but the juices from the pork and honey give it all that it needs. I know the next time that pork loins are on sale at the store, I will be stockpiling them in my freezer for future recipes of this on my menu plan.
This is true dump and go slow cooker recipe. Place pork loin in crockpot. Sprinkle brown sugar all over, then add honey. Next season with salt and pepper if desired. Place lid on and cook on low 8-10 hours. That is it! So simple.
I was able to put everything in the crockpot in less than ten minutes and left for the day. I had a busy day of errands and activities for the kids. I was gone over ten hours and this pork was deliciousness. I was a little worried when I was out for the day that the pork loin would be tough, but it was just perfect. My husband used the leftovers the next day on a sandwich, he shredded the pork and added a slice on cheese on top and melted it.
To make this recipe as an Easy Freezer Slow Cooker Supper – add all ingredients to a labeled ziploc bag with directions and date on it. Place in freezer. When ready to cook, place bag in fridge overnight to thaw. In morning place all contents inside the bag into the slow cooker and cook.
I served garlic green beans and baked potatoes with the Crockpot Honey Brown Sugar Pork Loin, be sure to try it soon you will not be disappointed! I hope your family enjoys it as much as mine did.

How would you change this if you were using a frozen pork loin? Or what if you were using 2 loins? Thanks for your help 🙂
I wouldn’t change it at all. I would just go with the frozen pork loin and then just check to be sure it is done before serving. If you use 2 loins that equal to what the recipe calls for I would not double the ingredients if you do increase the size I would consider doubling. Enjoy!
