I wanted to share the Chick-fil-A Gluten Free Menu with you. Chick-fil-A is one of the easiest fast food choices in my opinion for eating out gluten free. These are the Gluten Free Menu options currently (at time of post) available. The following information was provided to us by Chick-fil-A.
We are really excited because Chick-fil-A just announced they are going to be using Antibiotic Free Chicken in all of their stores! Check out the options online as they do change from time to time.

Do you know for sure if Chick Fil A has a dedicated fryer for their waffle fries? Any fast food restaurant with a fryer makes me very nervous.
Yes, I do know for sure. I was told by Corporate and Dan Cathy. Always double check with your local franchiser to get peace of mind. The nuggets and chicken breasts are not cooked with fries as well.

Thank you for the info. Often American cheese contains modified gmfood starch and is therefore not gluten free. Do you know for certsin that their American cheese is GF?

If I get the grilled chicken egg white without bun, is that gluten free? I can’t find specifics on the egg and American cheese. The sandwich is listed having wheat, but I don’t know if that’s just the bread. I’m still navigating GF.
If you ask them they can specifically tell you about each ingredient at the counter. The computer lists each ingredient. I have never gotten this combo.
