Baked Pork Roast
I love this easy Baked Pork Roast recipe. This is one of my go-to recipes. We have it on our menu plan at least 1 time each month. This dinner recipe is so easy to prepare.
We like to serve it with brown rice, mashed potatoes or quinoa. I always add a fresh veggie of some kind like Roasted Broccoli or Green Beans! This recipe is Paleo and Gluten Free.
I use a Pampered Chef Stone to prepare. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease the stone with a little olive oil and turn to coat roast. Place fatty side down and place 1/2-inch water in the pan. Cover roast with Italian Seasonings, Sea Salt and Cracked Pepper. Bake 1 hour or until done.
This is a really easy recipe and one that I serve at least once a month. When I find a pork roast on sale, I always purchase it and add it to my menu plan.
I hope you enjoy this Baked Pork Roast as much as we do!
