Way Better BBQ Meatballs
Homemade BBQ Meatballs are made with sprouted Way Better Snacks Simply Unbeatable Blues Tortilla Chips. There is nothing better than being able to add sprouted seeds to a dish that my family loves 🙂 It is that secret ingredient that makes me feel Way Better about serving!
Homemade meatballs are very easy to prepare and you can freeze them to use at a later time. The batch makes so much that I was able to divide it into 3 meals. This meal can be gluten free as long as your meat and oats are Gluten Free.
When I prepare BBQ meatballs for the freezer I simply pull them out of freezer the night before and let it thaw in the fridge. Be sure to check out our Freezer Cooking Series. You could also make these meatballs into Muffin Size using this technique of meatloaf in a muffin tin.

These look so good but, unfortunately, my daughter doesn’t care for bbq sauce. 🙁 Would these meatballs be good for something else like swedish meatballs or spaghetti and meatballs?
