Slow Cooker Mississippi Chicken Sandwiches
Slow Cooker Mississippi Chicken Sandwiches taste amazing and you only need 5 ingredients and buns to prepare! This chicken is so tender and juicy that it melts in your mouth. I have never been to Mississippi but after this recipe I think I need a road trip there to try their food! This roast is so simple to prepare in the crockpot.
You start by placing your chicken on the bottom of the slow cooker. Next you sprinkle the ranch packet and au jus packet over the roast. Top it off with some butter and pepperconi’s and slowly cook all day in the crockpot. It really is that simple! Just dump it in and leave it for the day. The slow cooker does all the hard work.
If you are feeding a large crowd this is the recipe to choose. It also is a nice way to stretch your family budget! This recipe is perfect for game day or tailgating. The chicken is so flavorful, everyone will be asking your secret!
I served the Slow Cooker Mississippi Chicken Sandwiches with potato chips. It would also be great with regular french fries or sweet potato fries. Be sure to give this slow cooker recipe a try.
