It is a very simple recipe to prepare. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, chicken broth, garlic, paprika, garlic powder, poultry seasoning, oregano, and basil. Pour into the slow cooker. Cut small slits in each pork chop with the tip of a knife, and season lightly with salt and pepper if desired. Place pork chops into the slow cooker, cover, and cook on low for 8 hours. Baste periodically with the sauce, if desired.
If you want to prepare this as a freezer meal simply add all of your ingredients to a gallon size freezer bag and freeze. When you are ready to cook simply thaw in the refrigerator overnight and place into the slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours and enjoy!

Made these for dinner tonight with mashed potatoes and sauteed asparagus. I made gravy from the drippings. It was a huge hit!
This is a go to recipe in my house. My extremely picky daughter requests it frequently. I leave out garlic powder as I put in more than enough minced garlic. It’s very good. We mix in a can of drained French style green beans towards the end to soak up the juices, and serve over rice.
