Sausage Cabbage Skillet

Sausage Cabbage Skillet is so easy to make! I love this one dish dinner that is ready in less than 30 minutes.

Sausage Cabbage Skillet is so easy to make! I love this one dish dinner that is ready in less than 30 minutes.  You can also make your own mashed potatoes but that will add a little time to the dish.  Cabbage is great winter vegetable to use and very affordable to stretch the budget!

This is an affordable recipe. All you need is mashed potatoes, polish sausage (I love to pick this up on manager’s special or on sale), cabbage, onion, butter and salt and pepper. It is that simple! This is a great recipe when you are trying to save money from your family grocery budget because it is frugal.

I hope you enjoy this Sausage Cabbage Skillet as much as we do! I like to enjoy it in the winter with cabbage when it is on sale. I have even made it with a packaged cole slaw mix that I found on manager’s special too.
