To make this healthy recipe you add ingredients to a Ziploc bag and start shaking. You can even let the children have some fun shaking it! Then let it roast for 30 minutes on a Pampered Chef Stone or traditional roasting pan and you have a great tasting side dish. You can add fresh shredded Parmesan Cheese on the Roasted Asparagus when it comes out of the oven if you desire.  Either way it is delicious.

I just love this recipe. I bought some asparagus at the farm that I had gotten some strawberries at this past weekend. I had to make them while they were still fresh. Saw this easy recipe so I had to try it. They just came out of the oven. DELICIOUS!.. My husband gives it a thumbs up. So easy to do. Thanks!
