Rise Energy Bar Gluten-Free Review

rise energy bar

Check out this Rise Energy Bar Gluten-Free Review. The Rise Energy Bar is touted as providing you with energy for up to three hours. It is gluten-free, dairy-free, organic, GMO-free, soy-free, nut-free and vegan. Even with all those ingredients missing, this is a tasty energy bar. I tested the Blueberry Coconut flavor of the Rise Energy Bar. The bars do come in these additional flavors: Apricot Goji, Cherry Almond, Coconut Acai, and Raspberry Pomegranate. You can purchase the bars online or use their store locator to find a local retailer.

Rise Energy Bar Gluten-Free Review:

The bar was soft and easy to chew, unlike some of the energy bars on the market that are made with nuts or ingredients that make them very hard to chew. I enjoyed the light coconut flavor but couldn’t really taste the blueberry flavor very strongly. I did find that it gave me an energy boost, although I’m not sure it was exactly three hours’ worth of energy! I will definitely look for these bars in my local stores and/or order them online!
