Progresso Easy Weeknight Beef Stroganoff
Easy Weeknight Beef Stroganoff is full of bold taste and fills your tummy. I was able to make this meal in 35 minutes on a night when I had school activities for 2 of my boys. My husband loved how filling the beef Stroganoff was. I would definitely make this again because I have several of the Progresso Recipe Starters in my stockpile 🙂

This looks really delicious. I’m adding it to my menu for next week. I’m going to use lean ground beef and light sour cream to cut some of the calories and fat, but hopefully it will still taste just as good. Thank you for sharing!
That’s a great idea Stephanie! Hope it turns out great!
We have been making Beef Stroganoff in my family for years. It gets even easier if you simply use Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (do not add milk or water) and the same Sour Cream. A bit of Dill for flavor, and presto! Serve over egg noodles. Yum Yum!
Now, I will try adding the onion and garlic for extra flavor and texture! Thanks for the inspiration to update an old recipe!
You are so welcome Jeanette!
