Paleo Weekly Menu Plan
Check out our Paleo Weekly Menu Plan. I have a couple of friends who describe it as the “caveman diet!” This diet is based on meat, fish, fruits and vegetables. We all know cavemen didn’t eat processed foods!
We menu plan because it keeps us from worrying about what is “for dinner”. Menu Planning also keeps our budget in line when it comes to dining out. When you menu plan it is important to include a family favorite weekly (and a leftovers or dining out night if desired).
We try to make frugal menu plans to keep within our monthly budgets. A helpful tip is to plan meals from your stockpile! Here is a how to get started Menu Planning Monthly.
