Mixed Berry Salad is a refreshing salad perfect for lunch or a light dinner. I made this salad ahead of time the other night and put it in a mason jar to take on a lunch outing that I had the next day. Did you know if you store your berries and salad in a glass jar, they will stay fresh longer?

If you use a gluten free salad dressing or make your own from olive oil, lemon juice and garlic this becomes a great Paleo lunch on the go! It is perfect for a nice and fresh lunch in the summer. Mixed Berry Salad
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1 large hard boiled egg cut up
- 2 cups romaine lettuce
- 4-5 tbsp pomegranate dressing (or dressing of your choice)
- Place lettuce in bowl.
- Sprinkle egg pieces on top of lettuce.
- Place berries on top and pour dressing all over.
