When you are ready to bake, allow your baking dish to come to room temperature and then bake when you are ready to serve. In my family, bread pudding is the best dessert and we have been known to enjoy it for breakfast too 🙂 When serving this bread pudding as dessert you can add vanilla ice-cream or whipped cream but this rich and gooey bread pudding is delicious just as it is too.
The secret ingredients in this recipe is the International Delight® Caramel Macchiato Coffee Creamer! You are going to love this new size because it is perfect for the coffee fanatic and for cooking and baking too! I’ve never heard of the International Delight brand before. This alternative bread pudding sounds and looks delicious. I’ve only ever heard of bread and butter pudding with raisins and fruit before so the caramel macchiato is a real treat!
Whoa. A whole new world just opened up in front of my eyes. Why did I not think of putting creamer in other stuff than coffee/tea!?!?! Seriously, this has changed everything for the better for me haha. Freakin’ eh this looks GOOD.

Umm yum! I can do with some of this right now. In my culture, we LOVE bread pudding but this is a really yummy twist. I’m going to have to try this soon. Thanks for sharing.
