Homemade Turkey Gravy
This easy Homemade Turkey Gravy recipe tastes delicious! I have been trying to make a good turkey gravy for years and I have finally been able to.
My whole family loved this gravy and I made it right in the slow cooker with the turkey juices. I had made 2 Ingredient Slow Cooker Turkey Breast recipe then used the juices left in the crockpot to make this gravy. You can also transfer the juices to a small pot and follow the directions below.
All you need is the leftover juices and cornstarch, water, black pepper, poultry seasoning and salt for taste. I made sure there was small fragments or bones in the juices. Next I added in the poultry seasoning and black pepper. Slowly I added in cornstarch mixed with water and whisked. You want to make sure to add in slowly because it will thicken and you do not want it to thicken too much. If the cornstarch water doesn’t make it thick enough add in more. Next be sure to taste it and if needed add in salt. Serve the Homemade Turkey Gravy right away and enjoy over turkey and mashed potatoes!
