Enjoy our menu planning ideas.  We menu plan because it keeps us from worrying about what is “for dinner”.  It also keeps our budget in line when it comes to dining out. When your menu plan it is important to include a family favorite weekly (and a leftover or dining out night if desired).

We try to make frugal menu plans to keep within our monthly budgets. A helpful tip is to plan meals from your stockpile! Here is a how to get started Menu Planning Monthly.

Monday – Gluten Free Vegetarian Southwestern Penne and for dessert Zucchini Brownies

Tuesday Crockpot Cilantro Lime Chicken served in lettuce wrap and for dessert 3 Ingredient Ice Cream

Wednesday Black Bean Chili served over spaghetti with sour cream and shredded cheese

Thursday – Plant Based Mushroom Stroganoff served with bread sticks and for dessert Low Fat Lemon Chiffon Pie

Friday – Grilled Chicken with Roasted Cabbage Steaks and for dessert Low Fat Snickers Pie

Saturday – Crockpot Stuffed Green Peppers and for dessert Baked Bananas with Honey and Cinnamon

SundayGrilled Cheese & Pepper Sandwiches served with Beef Barley Soup
