Here is our Heart Healthy Weekly Menu Plan. We are sharing our Weekly Menu Plan with you. It’s Heart Healthy Week here at Stockpiling Moms in honor of February being Heart Health Month! Melissa is a Heart Warrior and we love that she eats healthy each and everyday to keep her heart working to it’s best!
Enjoy our menu planning ideas. We menu plan because it keeps us from worrying about what is “for dinner”. It also keeps our budget in line when it comes to dining out. When you menu plan it is important to include a family favorite weekly (and a leftovers or dining out night if desired).
We try to make frugal menu plans to keep within our monthly budgets. A helpful tip is to plan meals from your stockpile! Here is a how to get started Menu Planning Monthly.
Heart Healthy Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday – Cucumber Avocado Salad with Grilled Chicken Strips for dessert Pineapple Angel Food Cake
Tuesday –Crockpot Honey Rosemary Chicken served over brown rice with a side of fruit
Wednesday – Clean Crockpot Pot Roast Recipe, Baked Potatoes and Sauteed Mushrooms, Squash and Zucchini
Thursday – Southwestern Penne with Salmon and for dessert 3 Ingredient Ice Cream
Friday –Grilled Pork Chops Recipe, Artichoke & Red Pepper Pesto Pasta and green beans
Saturday – Oven Baked Chicken Fajitas served in a lettuce wrap with your favorite toppings
Sunday – Zucchini Lasagna and Sour Cream Rolls
