Heart Healthy Weekly Menu Plan to help save you time and money on dinner this week!

We are sharing our Heart Healthy Weekly Menu Plan with you.  It’s Heart Healthy Week here at Stockpiling Moms in honor of February being Heart Health Month! Melissa is a Heart Warrior and we love that she eats healthy each and everyday to keep her heart working to it’s best!

We home you enjoy our menu planning ideas.  Menu Planning takes the stress out of the “for dinner” question.  It also keeps our budget in line when it comes to dining out. When you menu plan it is important to include a family favorite weekly (and a leftovers or dining out night if desired).

We try to make frugal menu plans to keep within our monthly budgets. A helpful tip is to plan meals from your stockpile! Here is a how to get started Menu Planning Monthly.

Heart Healthy Weekly Menu Plan:

Monday – Roasted Chicken Drumsticks served with Sweet Potato Mash and Green Beans

Tuesday Paleo Bison Burger served with trimmings of avocado slices, tomato slices and onion slices

Wednesday Caesar Pork Chops served with roasted broccoli and roasted potatoes

Thursday – Skillet Chicken Fajitas served over lettuce wraps 

Friday –  Mango Salsa Salmon served with baked potatoes and for dessert 3 Ingredient Ice Cream

SaturdaySlow Cooker Red Pepper Roasted Chicken served over cauliflower rice

SundaySlow Cooker Paleo Chicken Piccata and for dessert Strawberry Sorbet (recipe coming soon)
