We love using our slow cookers to help allow us more time to be with our kids and get our errands and cleaning done. Winter sports and activities have started for the kids, and we need a healthy dinner ready and, on the table, quick. Enjoy our menu planning ideas. We menu plan because it keeps us from worrying about what is “for dinner”.
It also keeps our budget in line when it comes to dining out. When your menu plan it is important to include a family favorite weekly (and a leftover or dining out night if desired). We try to make frugal menu plans to keep within our monthly budgets. A helpful tip is to plan meals from your stockpile! Here is a how to get started Menu Planning Monthly.
Healthy Crockpot Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday – Fresh Balsamic Crockpot Chicken, Steamed Broccoli and Mashed Sweet Potatoes
Tuesday – Crockpot Homemade Vegetable Soup, oyster crackers and for dessert Weight Watchers Pineapple Angel Food Cake
Wednesday – Turkey Breast of Wonder (Crockpot),
Thursday – Crockpot Paleo Chicken with Butternut Squash, Pears and Cranberries
Friday – Crockpot Pear, Apple and Pork Dinner, Roasted Asparagus and for dessert fresh fruit
Saturday – Crockpot Butternut Squash Chili and for dessert Weight Watchers Peanut Butter Cool Whip Treat
Sunday – Slow Cooker Herbed Whole Chicken, Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Sauteed Mushrooms, Squash and Zucchini
