Grilled Chicken Salad

Grilled Chicken Salad is the perfect summer dinner or take to work lunch meal! So easy to make! Keto Friendly too!

This easy to make Grilled Chicken Salad is so tasty and good for you!  It is perfect for a summer night of grilling!  When it becomes grilling season, I love to make grilled chicken tenders.  My kids love them and I usually make three batches so we have leftovers.

All you need for this delicious Grilled Chicken Salad is a salad mix, tomatoes and grilled chicken cut into slices.  You can also add cheese and your favorite dressing. I love to use fresh lemons and squeeze those over the salad and eat it that way.  If you have never done this before, be sure to try it!

Grilled Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 2-3 grilled chicken strips cut into slices
  • 2 cups of salad mix lettuce, red cabbage and carrots is what I used
  • 4-5 cherry tomatoes sliced
  • favorite low carb dressing or lemon juice

Instructions

  • Add everything in a a bowl and enjoy!
