Green Eggs and Ham
I decided to create a fun meal inspired by Dr. Seuss for his birthday! We celebrated with Green Eggs and Ham. My son loved it! I will admit the green eggs were a little strange but it was fun for once a year!
I served my green eggs and ham with this adorable Dr. Seuss Fruit Stick and Grinch Punch too! I made Grinch Cookies for dessert! This is a fun way to celebrate reading and Dr. Seuss.
You can use all natural food coloring so that isn’t a concern when you prepare Green Eggs and Ham. It was a big success at our house. My son is already looking forward to it next year.
