My husband isn’t a fan of fish which makes it a challenge, but I often cook chicken and make enough for leftovers so can eat the sides I serve fresh, and he enjoys the chicken while we enjoy the fish.  Don’t let a picky eater limit you from adding these recipes to your family menu plan.

  1. I need to try that fish taco recipe – I have had them at a restaurant in Florida, but never made them myself. I guess I’m afraid no one would eat them, but those look delish!
