Easy Crockpot Mushroom Pork Chops
You can get any easier than this Easy Crockpot Mushrooms Pork Chops recipe. This is the easiest Pork Chop recipe that our whole family loves! My Mom passed to this to me years ago and it is one that I grew up eating. I make this often for my husband and he loves it! With only 3 ingredients you can’t go wrong with this easy crockpot pork chops recipe! My Mom always made it in a skillet but I decided to convert it over to a crockpot recipe. If you are looking for an easy pork chop recipe this is it!
Whenever I find boneless pork chops on manager’s special I always purchase them. They work great in this recipe. I like to serve it with rice and peas. I think that is because that is what my Mom always served it with. It is so easy to prepare and perfect for a busy weeknight meal.
Simply add your porkchops to the crockpot. Add two cans of Campbell’s Golden Mushroom Soup. Next, add 1 can of sliced mushrooms, well drained. Stir well. Cover and cook for 6 hours on low or 4 hours on high. If you think it needs to be thinned down then add a little water to the sauce. I personally like it thick so I don’t normally add the water. The choice is yours.
When you are ready to eat serve with rice or noodles and a veggie. Of course it is a comfort food to us because my Mom used to cook this. I hope you enjoy these easy crockpot pork chops as much as we do!

- 2 cans Cambell's Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1 can of Sliced Mushrooms
- 8 thin porkchops
- 1 can of water
Instructions
- Add porkchops to the crockpot
- Add Golden Mushroom Soup
- Add 1 can of water
- Add 1 can of mushrooms, drained
- Stir well
- Cook for 6 hours on low or 4 hours on high
- Serve with rice
