Crockpot Root Beer Roast
Crockpot Root beer Roast has only 2 ingredients (plus spices) and makes a moist dinner recipe your family will love! I like to serve this with Old Fashioned Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans. It is perfect on a cold night and best of all with so few ingredients it is really easy to prepare.
It is so easy to prepare and this recipe makes the roast fork tender. You can use your favorite brand of root beer and it really gives the roast a great flavor. Simply mix salt, pepper and garlic together and rub over roast. Place in crockpot and pour root beer over roast. Put lid on and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. If you don’t like Root Beer you may enjoy Coca-Cola Roast or Crockpot Sprite Roast.
Our reader Christina comment below that this also makes a great recipe for BBQ pulled roast for sandwiches! Just dump out the root beer out when the roast is cooked enough to shred, shred the roast and put it back in the slow cooker, add your favorite BBQ sauce and then let it sit on warm for at least 30 minutes.
I hope you enjoy this delicious Crockpot Root Beer Roast as much as we did! It is a family favorite for sure!
