My husband, kids and I enjoyed it so much. There was no need for me to blend any of the soup it creamed together on its own and that’s a huge plus for me! Less work and a huge time saver! Plus, I only needed simple ingredients which I had on hand in my pantry. All you need for this delicious Crockpot Loaded Baked Potato Soup is potatoes, onion, chicken broth, garlic, butter, cream and shredded cheese. Combine all ingredients in a 6 QT slow cooker except for heavy cream and cheese. Cook on low for 8 hours. Next mash potatoes until coarsely chopped and soup is slightly thickened. Add cream and cheese and cook another 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
