  1. I have a similar corn casserole recipe that we love. It includes a few dices jalepenos to spice it up a little!

  2. 4 stars
This was a pretty good recipe. If I make it again, I would cut down on the butter and cheese. We thought it was a little greasy.

    1. It reheats well as leftovers. You can also mix it up in advance, cover and refrigerate and then bake it at the time you need to serve.

  3. Wait, so is there 2 eggs in this recipe? This has been my mom’s go to recipe for Thankgiving Corn Casserole for years and now I just wanted to make it for dinner ; But I’m confused because in the ingredients section it says 2 eggs, but in the instructions section it is not included. I’ve never made it with egg before and honestly can’t remember how my did it.
