Thanks. I’ve been looking for a good corn pudding recipe.
Thanks! Glad we can help!
I have a similar corn casserole recipe that we love. It includes a few dices jalepenos to spice it up a little!
Can u make ahead and freeze this?
I would not suggest for best quality.
This was a pretty good recipe. If I make it again, I would cut down on the butter and cheese. We thought it was a little greasy.
Glad you liked it! I never met a recipe I didn’t tweak 🙂
Do you use a 9×13 pan for the 45 min?
How do you think this recipe would double? Or should I just make two batches of it?
I am afraid it won’t get done in the middle so I would make two batches. It is AMAZING!
Hello, Does anyone know the best way to make this ahead of time and reheat it? Thank you!
It reheats well as leftovers. You can also mix it up in advance, cover and refrigerate and then bake it at the time you need to serve.
This may be a stupid question, but do you prepare the jiffy how it says on the box or just use the powder mix?
Just use the mix and follow our directions.
Is it the consistency of corn bread? Or is it creamy?
Creamy (and delicious).
I made this a couple nights ago and it was a big hit. It was so good!! Will be making this every so often now.
Hi. Could I use the famous Dave’s cornbread mix in place of the jiffy?
Yes! Any cornbread mix will do!
