This week here at Stockpiling Moms we are having a Casseroles Weekly Menu Plan. Most of these casserole recipes can even be made ahead of time as freezer meals, so all you have to do is prep them. Place in the freezer and pull them out when you are ready to cook them. We like to menu plan because it keeps us from worrying about what is “for dinner” for our family every night. It also keeps our grocery store budget in line when shopping at the store. When you menu plan it is important to include a family favorite recipe weekly (and a leftovers or dining out night if desired). I let me boys pick one meal a week to be on the menu plan.
The term “Brinner” is when you have typical Breakfast foods for dinner!
