Breakfast Fruit Salad

Breakfast Fruit Salad is such a healthy breakfast or snack! Love the hint of cinnamon and is so good for you! This is a great recipe for those who are carb cycling.

Breakfast Fruit Salad is perfect for on the go! All you need is fruit, honey and cinnamon to make a fabulous breakfast. Some mornings I am rushing children out the door and need something quick and healthy!

I love the sweetness the honey gives the fruit and the cinnamon adds extra flavor and depth. So next time you are in a hurry or you just want something healthy be sure to make Breakfast Fruit Salad.  This recipe is gluten free and Paleo friendly.

Ingredients

  • 4-5 Strawberries sliced
  • 6-8 Blackberries
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in bowl until blended well.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

You can use any combination of fruit that you want or have in your kitchen.

    I quadrupled this recipe for 4, but only added 1 T cinnamon. For us, that was still too much! You really need to finish the salad in one sitting because the bananas become brown and mushy.
