I had some bananas that were getting pretty ripe so I cut them into pieces and froze them so I could use them for smoothies or milkshakes. Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen banana pieces or 1 cup fresh banana pices
- 15 oz coconut milk
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into blender.
- Blend until mixed well.
- Pour into cup and serve right away.
