Whole 30 Recipes Weekly Menu Plan to help you save money and time this week on dinner!

We are having a Whole 30 Recipe Week here at StockpilingMoms! If you are participating in the Whole 30 program or just thinking about it one of the best pieces of advice is to menu plan your week. You will do 100% better on this plan if you menu plan. We menu plan because it keeps us from worrying about what is “for dinner” and if you are on the Whole 30 you want to eliminate temptations for failure.

When you menu plan it is important to include a family favorite weekly (and a leftovers or dining out night if desired). We try to make frugal menu plans to keep within our monthly budgets. A helpful tip is to plan meals from your stockpile! Here is a how to get started Menu Planning Monthly.

Whole 30 Recipe Weekly Menu Plan:

Monday – Healthy One Dish Chicken Bake  and for dessert Mango Sorbet – This will be great for leftovers at lunch!

Tuesday “Brinner” Sweet Potato Breakfast Casserole served with fresh fruit 
– This will be great for leftovers for breakfast too!

Wednesday Roasted Apple Chicken, Roasted Cabbage Steaks and Cauliflower Mash – Great for leftovers!

Thursday – Flounder with Spinach and Peppers and fresh fruit

Friday – Lemon Herb Pork Chops with Sauteed Mushrooms, Squash and Zucchini 

SaturdayBison Burger with Sweet Potato Fries

SundaySalmon with Mango Salsa with Roasted Asparagus and for dessert Mango Sorbet
