Sweet Orange Sugar Scrub Recipe

Sweet Orange Sugar Scrub is a perfect DIY gift to make for someone or to make for yourself! If you are looking for an inexpensive gift for a birthday or Christmas then you should look no further.  This Sweet Orange Sugar Scrub is so easy to prepare with only 3 ingredients. Yes, you only need brown sugar, grape seed oil and orange essential oil.  You can put the sugar scrub in a jar or container of your choice for gift giving.  I like to use a small ball canning jar and decorate the lid with raffia.

In a small bowl mix the following ingredients.  I like to use a glass bowl.

1. First start with 1 cup of light brown sugar.

2. Next add in 1/4 cup oil (I use grape seed oil, but you can use olive, almond or coconut oil.) Feel free to use the oil of your choice or what you have on hand.

3. For the last step add in drops of 7-8 drops of Orange essential oil.  More or less to your desire.  You can also use other essential oils.

Best of all this makes a lovely gift idea and works really well to exfoliate dry skin and hydrate skin at the same time.  You won’t even have the need for lotion after using.  You can use on hands or feet/legs dry and then rinse off.  You can even use in the shower on your legs and shave with it. It smells amazing and the orange essential oil is an energizing oil that lifts the mood.   I think you will fall in love with this Sweet Orange Sugar Scrub once you give it a try!  It is my personal favorite. I really enjoy using it in the winter.
