Pot of Gold Cupcakes are perfect for St. Patrick's Day. So easy to make a kids love them!

Pot of Gold Cupcakes are perfect for the little Leprechauns in your life! If you are having a St. Patrick’s Day party or the kids are having one at school, you can make these easy cupcakes. All you need is baked cupcakes and a few ingredients such as frosting, Rolo’s and sprinkles. I used cream cheese frosting that I made. Everyone will love these Pot of Gold Cupcakes!  I had a hard time eating one and I may or may not have snuck a rolo off one!

Pot of Gold Cupcakes are perfect for the little Leprechauns in your life! Perfect for St. Patrick's Day!

Ingredients

  • 12 baked cupcakes
  • white frosting
  • green sprinkles
  • 12 Rolos

Instructions

  • Frost the top of each cupcake.
  • Sprinkle the green sprinkles all over.
  • Place Rolo in the center on the top of cupcake.
  • Serve and enjoy right away or store in an air tight container for up to one week.
