When your menu plan it is important to include a family favorite weekly (and a leftover or dining out night if desired).

Monday – Quinoa Stuffed Green Peppers and for dessert Two Ingredient Mango Sorbet

Tuesday – Paleo Grilled Pumpkin Chicken Breasts, Roasted Cauliflower and Cinnamon Apple Chips

Wednesday – Paleo Veggie Filled Fish Rolls and for dessert 3 Ingredient Ice Cream

Thursday – Crockpot Paleo Chicken with Butternut Squash, Pears and Cranberries

Friday – Zucchini Lasagna and for dessert Paleo Pumpkin Spice Latte

SaturdayCrockpot Honey Pork and ApplesGrilled Cabbage Wedges and Grilled Zucchini and Squash
