Lemon Water
Lemon Water is as simple as it sounds. Using 1-2 lemons and putting it in your water makes it taste amazing! I made this drink the night before and it was so refreshing to drink when I came back from my morning walk.
I was super thirsty, and this ice-cold beverage was just what I wanted. I refilled my jar 5 times throughout the day and the lemon taste was just as strong the last time as the first time! Then to be frugal I used my lemons to clean my garbage disposal. I added some baking soda and a few ice cubes. Lemon Water is a great way to start your weight loss!
