Crockpot Beef Tips
Crockpot Beef Tips is my go-to meal when I am in a hurry or have a busy evening with the boys. All you need for this delicious meal is two ingredients and a little salt and pepper if desired. It always seems that I have beef tips in my deep freezer because I love using them for cooking, so when the beef tips are on sale at the store, I stockpile them.
In this easy slow cooker recipe, I love how the beef tips are fork tender and super tasty. I like to fix a veggie on the side. My family likes for me to make macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes with this dinner. For the mashed potatoes I use this recipe — Secret Ingredient Mashed Potatoes.
You will be surprised on how tender and delicious this recipe is. Simply dump the ingredients into the slow cooker and then let it do it’s magic! That is why I love using my slow cooker because it takes all the work out of the meal prep for me. I leave it alone all day and come home to a delicious meal. This is perfect for us on busy nights when my kids have sports or other school activities. We aren’t temped to go out to dinner because I already have dinner ready for us in the slow cooker.
