Banana Nutmeg Oatmeal
Banana Nutmeg Oatmeal is a clean eating healthy breakfast meal that is perfect to start your day. It is a nice high fiber and heart healthy food.
I love starting my day with oatmeal because it fuels my body and keeps me full until lunch. With oatmeal as a base you can top it with so many variations. One particular day I added some bananas, nutmeg and honey and it was beyond delicious. I instantly fell in love with this Banana Nutmeg Oatmeal recipe and am sure I will be eating this at least once a week. Be sure to try it out and let us know how you like it!

Ingredients
- 1 cup oatmeal prepared
- 1 banana sliced
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tsp honey
Instructions
- Stir nutmeg and honey in oatmeal.
- Add banana slices on top.
- Serve and enjoy!
