Baked Chipotle Pork Chops

This is one of the easiest recipes you can make.  The best thing about this recipe is, it is quick and easy.  My whole family loves the recipe, and it is on our monthly menu plan.  You can’t go wrong with Baked Chipotle Pork Chops!

Baked Chipotle Pork Chops is perfect for those rainy summer days when it is not fun to grill.  You get an amazing meal in no time.  My kids like to have this with corn on the cob and green beans! Check out our recipe for How to Make Corn on the Cobb in the Crockpot!

Baked Chipotle Pork Chops

The best thing about this recipe is, it is quick and easy.  My whole family loves the recipe, and it is on our monthly menu plan.  You can't go wrong with Baked Chipotle Pork Chops!

Ingredients

  • 4 Pork Chops
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 3/4 tsp Paprika
  • 3/4 tsp Chipotle Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 c Brown Sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat over to 425°.
  • Mix all dry ingredients together.
  • Rub half dry rub on the first side of the pork chops and then flip. Add the rest of the dry rub to the opposite side of the pork chops.
  • Cut butter in 4 even slices.
  • Place pork chops on a baking sheet and top with butter.
  • Bake for 12 minutes, then let the pork chops rest on the pan for 5 minutes before serving.
