Goetta Breakfast Casserole recipe that is perfect for Christmas morning!

It can be prepped the night before, to make it easier to cook in the morning. Goetta is a Cincinnati traditional food item. I grew up eating Fried Goetta on the weekends.  It brings back childhood memories for me, plus I love it.  This casserole is so yummy and my family loves it. Be sure to try Goetta Breakfast Casserole, you will not be disappointed!

This sounds delicious. Do I mix the gravy in with the egg/ milk mixture or do I pour the gravy on top and I was thinking of adding in some diced potatoes with peppers and onions over the biscuits. Do you think that would be good.

    1. I made it and decided to add two cups of diced potatoes with peppers and onions. I even lightly seasoned the biscuits with garlic powder, onion powder and paprika and topped it with some bacon crumbles. I’ll let you know how it turns out.
