It is no secret we love to save money! We often have meatless nights at our house to help save money in our budget.  More importantly, we have friends who are vegetarian and I like to have things they can eat! They always appreciate a homemade meatless meal at my house.  Check out these 10 Favorite Meatless Recipes and add a few to your menu plan!

Crockpot Lasagna – This Crockpot Lasagna Recipe is a Sunday favorite for our family. I like to serve with Garlic Bread sticks and a huge tossed salad.

Crockpot Black Bean Fajitas Recipe – This is a great dinner for the family and can also be prepared as a freezer meal!   I served the Black Bean Fajitas on tortillas with sour cream, shredded lettuce and cheese

Zucchini Lasagna – I adapted the recipe using zucchini and decided to give Zucchini Lasagna a whirl.   Best of all for me is that this is naturally gluten free recipe!

VEGETARIAN SWEET POTATO & BLACK BEAN TACO BAKE – This vegetarian recipe pulls together one of my favorite fall foods – sweet potato – with Mexican flavors and a bag of tortilla chips. It takes about 25 minutes to prep and an additional 35 minutes to bake.

Artichoke & Red Pepper Pesto Pasta – This is a delicious vegetarian entrée. If you love artichokes this is your recipe!
