If you are participating in the Whole 30 program or just thinking about it, one of the best pieces of advice is to menu plan your week. You will do 100% better on this plan if your menu plan. We menu plan because it keeps us from worrying about what is “for dinner” and if you are on the Whole 30 you want to eliminate temptations for failure.
When your menu plan it is important to include a family favorite weekly (and a leftover or dining out night if desired). We try to make frugal menu plans to keep within our monthly budgets. A helpful tip is to plan meals from your stockpile! Here is a how to get started Menu Planning Monthly.
Whole 30 Recipes Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday – Healthy One Dish Chicken Bake served with fresh fruit
Tuesday – Whole 30 BBQ Meatballs served with Roasted Broccoli and for dessert Two Ingredient Mango Sorbet
Wednesday – “Brinner” Paleo Avocado Egg Bake and Sweet Potato Breakfast Casserole
Thursday – Roasted Chicken Drumsticks with Freezer Diced Potatoes and Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Friday – (Lent) Easy Lemon Shrimp with Crockpot Spaghetti Squash
Saturday – Chicken Avocado Egg Salad served along with fresh vegetables and fruit
Sunday – Roasted Apple Chicken served with Roasted Potatoes and Roasted Radishes
