Heart Healthy Menu Plan with amazing and delicious dinner recipes!

Enjoy our menu planning ideas.  We menu plan because it keeps us from worrying about what is “for dinner”.  It also keeps our budget in line when it comes to dining out. When you menu plan it is important to include a family favorite weekly (and a leftovers or dining out night if desired).

We try to make frugal menu plans to keep within our monthly budgets. A helpful tip is to plan meals from your stockpile! Here is a how to get started Menu Planning Monthly.

Heart Healthy Weekly Menu Plan:

Monday – “Brinner – Breakfast for dinner”  Fried Eggs and Avocados, Turkey Bacon and Honey Cinnamon Smoothie

Tuesday Gluten-Free, Casein-Free Thai Chicken served over brown rice for dessert Baked Bananas with Honey and Cinnamon

Wednesday Grill Fired Shrimp, Balsamic Roasted Tomatoes and side salad

Thursday – Beef Barley Soup with french loaf bread and for dessert Gingered Fruit Salad 

Friday – Gluten-Free, Casein-Free Scallops with Bacon & Spinach and for dessert Low Fat Snickers Pie

Saturday – Rotel Taco Soup served with shredded cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips and avocado slices

SundayCrockpot Butternut Squash Chili served with Low Fat Old Fashioned Cornbread
