Broiled Grapefruit

If you have never tried a Broiled Grapefruit you are missing out! This is one of my favorite breakfast foods.

Broiled Grapefruit is amazing and healthy treat for me! This is naturally gluten free and was scrumptious. All I needed to make this easy breakfast was 2 ingredients and my oven. It was so simple but the taste is amazing. Ready in less than 5 minutes and you get a warm and sweet breakfast!  Hope you enjoy it as much as I did. f you have never tried a Broiled Grapefruit you are missing out! This is one of my favorite breakfast foods.

I like to serve broiled grapefruit with Avocado Egg Bake for a healthy breakfast!

Broiled Grapefruit

Ingredients

  • Grapefruit
  • Brown Sugar

Instructions

  • Just set your oven to Broil.
  • Cut your grapefruit in half.
  • Sprinkle brown sugar on top and broil for 3 minutes.
  • ENJOY!
