Preheat oven tp 350 degrees.

Mix together well the cake mix, egg, oil and water in medium size bowl.

Roll into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.

Bake for 8-10 minutes.

As soon as you remove from the oven while the cookies are still on the cookie sheet place one Hershey's Hugs in the middle of the cookie.

Let the cookies cool for 2 minutes on cookie sheet then transfer to wire rack to cool.
