Sugar Cornbread
This bread is out of this world delicious!
Servings: 4 -6
Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy mix
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 4 Tablespoon sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Grease a 8" round pan.
- Blend together Jiffy mix, egg and milk in medium size bowl, batter will be slighty lumpy.
- Let the mixture sit for 3 minutes.
- Restir mixture and pour into pan.
- Sprinkle sugar over the batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool for 2 minutes and then serve.
