Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms
I love seafood! If my family loved seafood as much as I do, we would have it daily! These
seafood stuffed mushrooms
were a huge hit at our house.

Ingredients

Bella Mushrooms, stems off

Cream Cheese

Egg Yolk

Green Onions, dices

Lemon Juice

Worcestershire Sauce

Garlic Powder

Old Bay Seasoning

Pepper and salt to taste, pinch

grated Parmesan Cheese

can snow crab, drained (can use fresh)

4 ounce
can small shrimp, drained (can use fresh)

Bread Crumbs

butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°
Line a baking sheet with foil
Clean Mushrooms and remove stems and gills.
Combine cream cheese, egg yolk, onions, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon of bread crumbs, garlic powder, Old Bay, and salt and pepper.
Mix until smooth. (We used a mixer)
Fold in snow crab and shrimp.
Stuff each mushroom with this mixture.
Melt butter and add in Italian bread crumbs.
Placed Grated Parmesan Cheese on top of stuffed mushrooms.
Place butter/italian mixture on top of the Parmesan Cheese.
Bake 15-20 Minutes or until the top is golden brown. You can also cook them less time and broil the tops.
