Ingredients
1/2
head
fresh cabbage, quartered (makes 4 cabbage wedges)
4
Tbsp
olive oil
4
slices
bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4
tsp
black pepper to season
4
Tbsp
lemon juice
Instructions
Rub 1 Tbsp olive oil on each wedge and place on a piece of foil.
Sprinkle wedge with pepper if desired.
Sprinkle bacon crumbles on top of wedge.
Pour 1 Tbsp of lemon juice on each wedge and then wrap up in foil tightly.
Place on heated grill (about med-high heat).
Grill for about 10-15 minutes or until done.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
