1 Pitcher or Punch Bowl
Ingredients
26 oz.packages of Jello (any flavor)
5cupsboiling water
6cupsgranulated sugar
8cupscold water
16oz. bottle lemon juice
246 ozpineapple juice
32 litersginger ale
Instructions
Dissolve Jello in boiling water.
Add sugar. Mix well.
Add cold water.
Add lemon juice and pineapple juice.
Freeze
Remove from freezer in time to get slushy.
Add ginger ale (or champagne) and serve.

This is the punch served at my wedding to guests waiting for our arrival from the ceremony to the reception. We served it on the porch and lobby of Boone Tavern Hotel. It is a really delicious punch especially for summer.
