1packagePita Bread
1canNonstick cooking spray
1jarSea salt

Instructions
Use a knife to cut 1 pita bread into 8 triangles. Cut in half, then in half again, and then each piece in half.
Lay a single layer of pita chips into the basket of the air fryer. Spray with nonstick cooking spray. Season with sea salt and sprinkle with herb seasoning.
I typically use a generous serving size of salt and herbs as they sometimes fall off and it's a plain pita chip, so this adds flavor.
Cook chips at 350 for 4 minutes. Open the air fryer and use tongs to flip over the chips. Return to the fryer for an additional 4 minutes. Remove and cool. Repeat until all your pita chips are all cooked.
