Spinach Bars are easy appetizer recipe to make and our family loves them. A great way to sneak a few veggies into your families diet too!

Ingredients
2Tbssalted butter
3largeeggs
1cupall-purpose flour
1c.Milk
1tspbaking powder
1lbshredded cheddar cheese
2 - 10Ozfrozen chopped spinach
1tspminced onion
Instructions
Use a 9x13 Pan
Place butter in pan, melt in oven.
Remove
In LG bowl put eggs, beat.
Mix in flour milk and baking powder.
When well combine mix in cheese, spinach and onion.
Spread mixture in buttered pan.
Bake 35 min in a 350 degree oven. Let cool 45 min.
Notes
I always put my spinach in a pan and cook until thawed and always remember to squeeze all the water out of spinach before mixing it. Regardless whether you put it in a pot or not you have to squeeze the excess water out. I heat it up so I won't freeze my hands. My mother-in-law passed this easy recipe to me and we all love it. She makes it for holidays.
