Ingredients
1lb90/10 ground beef
2largeeggs
1/2tspsalt
1/2tsp black pepper
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/2tsponion powder
1TBSPWorcestershire sauce
2 TBSPsugar-free ketchup
2TBSPsugar-free barbecue sauce
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.Place mixture into the bottom of your oven safe dish that will also fit inside your Instant Pot. Press down into an even layer.In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup and barbecue sauce then pour over the top of the meatloaf mixture.In the Instant Pot, pour one cup of water, place your trivet in the bottom of the liner, and then add your dish containing the meatloaf.Cover the meatloaf lightly with a layer of aluminum foil.Place the lid on your Instant Pot and set to seal.Using manual pressure, cook for 25 minutes. Allow to NPR (natural pressure release) for 5 minutes. Vent as needed, and remove the lid.Using tongs or silicone gloves, remove the dish safely.Use a spatula to remove the meatloaf from the pan, leaving excess grease behind. Discard safely.Cut into 4 equal pieces and serve with your favorite sides.Oven cooking instructions:Preheat oven to 400 degreesPlace meatloaf in the baking dish and cover with aluminum foilBake for 45 minutes.
