I love this Gluten Free Cake Donut Recipe. If you have Celiac Disease one thing that you often miss is a good donut. Now with this recipe you can make up a batch for yourself for a breakfast treat.

Ingredients
2cupsGluten Free Flour (we use Bob's Red Mill)
3/4cupgranulated sugar
2tsp.baking powder
4TBSPcocoa powder
1tsp.salt
3/4cupwhole milk
2largeeggs
2tsp.vanilla
1/2cupvegetable oil
Glaze
1cupconfectioners sugar
2TBSPwhole milk
1tsp.vanilla
1/2TBSPcocoa powder (if desired)
Instructions
Mix dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls. (minus glaze ingredients)
Then combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
Grease donut pan.
Place batter into the prepared pan.
Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
Set on a cooling rack for 5 minutes.
Mix glaze ingredients while cooling.
Microwave glaze for 30 seconds.
Individually dip the donuts in the glaze and add sprinkles if desired.
